If you do want to pay by West Union, then I have to notice you two things here:
1. You have to transfer money to our Chinese agency, because only they have the account to accept the payment from West Union.
2. It will take a littler longer time for you to get the product. Because you should order the exam from our website first then transfer the money into USD, and then when we receive the payment, we can access the order for you ASAP.. What kind of credit card does certay accept?

Select the appropriate products you want from certay product page, on that page add the exam into the shopping cart and then checkout; If you want to buy more than one exam, then continue to buy. After you have added all the exams you want into the shopping cart. Then checkout and enter your credit card details then Click secure purchase to make your payment. If this is the first time you purchase from certay and you have not registered, you will have to register first for your membership at certay website before the purchase. After your purchase, the products will be available for you to download in the member center. If you have any trouble in the process of purchase or you want to know more details please come to the livesupport to get.
Where to get my product after I have made a purchase?
The products are available for you to download in the member center on top right of our website. Please come there enter your user name and password then login, click “visit user center”. You will see the details for your products. If the downloading is not available for the moment, you will meet authorization error when you try to download the exam. That is because we are processing your order, please try again later. We often need about half an hour to process your order. If you still can not download 12 hours after your purchase please contact us at support@certay.com or come to our livesupport to check the status of your order.
How do I make a purchase if I do not have credit card?
If you have not credit card, then west union payment are for you to choose. You can transfer the money to our bank account Please contact us at support@certay.com or come to our livesupport for the details of the money transaction.
Do I receive a receipt after I make the purchase?
Yes, after you have paid successfully with your credit card online you will receive an email for the order confirmation for your every purchase from us which is the receipt. The receipt is also stored in your member center.
I have placed an order but when I enter into the user center I can not find the details for downloading, what is that problem?
Please be sure that you have paid successfully for your order. The problem may contain two cases one is that you just placed your order but did not pay for it. The other is that you have placed your order and paid for it but without success. You have not received a transaction confirm email. So if you are not sure about the problem please come connect us to check the status of your order.
Am trying to purchase your products, when I enter credit card information, it is rejected, what is that problem?
If you can not enter your credit card information successfully, then please log out refresh the web and try again. In such case if you still can’t enter the information with success then please try your other credit card Also you can choose the way to purchase through west union. I have American Express, can I make a purchase?
Sorry, we can not accept American Express recently, you can choose other credit card, such as Visa, Master card and Disover.
If I buy now can I download it today or do I have to wait?
It will take us some time to process your order after you pay successfully, so please do not worry, login the user center to download the exam about 4 hours later. If the exams in your member center are still not available to be downloaded about 12 hours later after your payment then contact us to check the status of your order. Tell us your order number we will check for you.
Is there an unlimited bundle price if I want to buy more than 3 exams?
Yes, certay offer unlimited bundle price for the customers who buy with an unlimited bundle. Please find all the exams you want on our website and then put all of them into the shopping cart, then connect us by livesupport or support@certay.com to get the promotion code. The more exams you will buy the bigger discount you will get.
I want to purchase two certay products, what is the currency does certay accept?
Certay only accept American USD, but you do not need to worry if the money you have is not USD, No matter where our customers are, you can buy with your credit card. Because the gateway can transfer your currency into American USD automatically. For more information please contact us.
