I have paid for my product successfully where should I download my product?
Go to the Member center on top right of our website enter your user name and password, then login, click the button “Member center”. You will see your order number and the download button. There you can download your products. Usually certay will take 4 or more hours to process your order, if you meet the auth error please log out and try again several hours later.
I have installed the exam on my home PC, could I still install it on my laptop?
Yes, sir. Our exams could be installed on 1-2 PCs. Please choose the "manualy active" when you do more than one time install.
Could I get an invoice for my order?

What is the superiority of certay products compared with other vendors?
Indeed there are many exams vendors in the market. The exams of some other vendors maybe cheaper or more questions, but you have to memorize all of them hard but they can’t promise you how many of the questions are real ones. So you have no confidence whether you can pass the exam or not with their products.
Products of certay maybe a bit expensive and less questions than other vendors, however we promise you almost all of the real questions would be found from our products. Our user just need to memorize all of the Q&As we provide, then could pass the exam at the first time and get high scores. For example, CCNA product, other vendors may show you 1000+ questions but we supply 212 questions only, because they never delete the old questions which will not used in real exam yet, that will make you waste lots of time. Certay will issue the refund and keep our promise, but we need to find the reason of your failure. We are definitely sure there are almost no new questions out of our engine. You mentioned other vendors have 900 questions, but most of them are out of date and never occur in the current version exam. Our goal is not only help you to pass but also save your valuable time. For the repeated questions, tell you the truth, there are 4 set of tests in the question pool of this exam, and you will get one set randomly. Of course, Cisco repeats some important questions in each set, so we have to follow.
We guess the main reason you failed is that you have not answered the Simulator questions or called Lab question correctly, and they value a lot of scores in some exams.
Although we have offered some reference answer for Simulator questions, but the description of simulator questions will change in your real exam. You need to understand the simulator questions before you take real exam.
We want to find the true reason of your failure in order to improve the quality of our exam. I f you fail in the exam with our products please send the fail report to us, after check we will issue the refund immediately.
I find that the date on your website has changed, have the products been updated or not?
If you never receive the email from us to notice the update, then you still keep the latest version of certay, just memorize what you have, then you will pass the exam with high scores!
The date is changed because we have added some other language version, but the content was never changed!
I find some questions are not correct and some are repeated, does that matter?
Certay provide at least 95% real questions and correct ratio for our products, so one just need to memorize all our Q&As, then he will pass the exam with as high as 950+ scores! If there is any wrong or repeated questions, we wont perfect them, for if we provide 100% correct ones, then most of our customers will get 1000 scores, that will be too risk from the vendors! In fact, we also make some incorrect answers to avoid bringing many whole scores users.

What is required if I want to run your exam on my PC?
To activate the exams on your local PC, only Internet Explorer and Java program are required to be installed. More information please contact us by the livesupport or send email to us.
What is the passing rate for those who purchase your products to prepare their exams? Besides your questions and answers what else materials do you recommend to your customers for their exams?
Firstly certay promise its customers that they can pass the exams for sure with its products. just follow its requirement.
The reason is that, all certay products are of the latest version and questions are all up to date.
What’s more certay questions have covered at least 95% of the ones in the real exam. So what you need to do with certay products is just memorizing all of the questions and answers deeply that is enough for you to pass the exam. On the other side, we offer you 90 days free update, that is also a long enough time for you to prepare.
So certay does not recommend you any other material for you to prepare your exam, only the questions and answers in our exams are enough for you to pass the exam. However if you have referred to other study materials, that would be better.
I don’t have internet connection how can I use your products?
Our customers can also use our exams even without internet connection. Please firstly download the exams and install on your computer. Or if you have not internet connection please copy the exam from the other one on which you have it. When you have install the exam on the computer which has not internet connection you must login the user center to copy the auth code to run the exam.
If I have purchased your products in the past, now I notice that there is a new version of that exam on certay website. Can I update my exams also to the latest version?
Certay offer our customers 90 days free update, if your order for the exam which you find has changed is within 3 months since the day you purchased, then you can update your exam. Just tell us your order number, we will reset the auth code for you and you can download the new version of that exam from the user center. If your order has been out of 90 days, then you should login the user center to extend the exam, you just need to pay 60% of the original exam price. Then you can download the new version. Generally we will notice our customers by email if there is any change to the exam you have bought. If you have not received any notice then there is no change.
I can’t login the user center, it shows that the user name or the password are not correct / I forget my password and can’t login. What should I do?
Please do not worry if you meet such trouble we will change your password. Come to our livesupport or send your problem to us at support@certay.com, tell us your user name. then we will reset the password for you. With the new password you can login successfully.
How long will I take to prepare the exam with certay products?
Since all our products are the latest version and all the questions are up to date which have covered at least 95% of the real questions. So what you need to pass the exam is just memorizing all of the questions and answers. It depends on yourself how long will you take to prepare for the exam. If you have a good memory then a short time is enough, or you have to prepare for a long time.

The activating process needs your computer to be connected with internet. There are two modes for you to activate your Test Engine:
